Cara AI
Cara AI is a multimodal AI platform built to standardize in-home health assessments so Medicaid members age in place, avoid the ER, and access the benefits supporting their wellness. Cara guides care coordinators through state-mandated LTSS assessments and completes roughly 70 percent of the visit remotely through SMS and weblink workflows before the coordinator arrives, subject to plan workflow preferences . The platform captures home safety risk through computer vision, scans medication bottles with OCR, conducts voice and chat health risk assessments, screens for food insecurity and social needs, and returns coded findings to the plan in real time. Founded in 2025 by Dr. Renee Dua, a practicing nephrologist and repeat health tech founder, Cara is deployed with more than 200 assessments completed and is running pilots across Medicaid LTSS, Medicare Advantage, and post-acute discharge

Elythea is the voice AI engagement layer for safety-net Medicaid plans. Our multilingual agents complete the clinical conversations overworked call centers cannot: Health Risk Assessments, welcome calls, postpartum follow-up, redetermination outreach, and warm transfers to care managers. Across 8 US states, Elythea has served a diversity of patients from rural indigenous BIPOC mothers served by resoure-constrained CBOs/nonprofits/last-mile safety-net provider systems to members of of a Fortune 25 health plan. One recent partnership lifted HRA completions 160 percent in five days. Elythea is cash-flow positive in year four, goes live in under nine days, and built for the populations safety-net plans must reach.
Midato Health
Midato Health was launched as an independent business entity in 2022 after several years of product ideation and incubation under the umbrella of a nationally recognized health transformation consulting firm, CedarBridge Group. Midato Health’s ShareApprove technology platform provides scalable consent management and digital document services for patient-reported information based on HL7 FHIR API standards for interoperable data exchange. ShareApprove streamlines care coordination and supports closed-loop referrals between healthcare providers for individuals with sensitive health-related information in their medical records that may require explicit consent before sharing (e.g., substance use disorder treatment, gender-affirming care, HIV/AIDs, some types of mental health services and reproductive care, health records for adolescents and individuals in foster care or protective services, and others). Midato Health's technology also supports social service programs (e.g., housing services, early childhood programs, home and hospice care), justice system entities, tribal health centers, and other entities with consent and document exchange needs.

VIBEcare Inc.
Built by providers for providers, VIBEcare® Inc. is a digital health company that bridges the gap between physical and behavioral health (BH) by making it easy for Primary Care Providers (PCPs) to improve the BH of their patients. Our 100% virtual solution treats the most common BH conditions seen in Primary Care, powered by our HIPAA-compliant technology platform. Given the national BH provider shortage, we train Board-Certified Health Coaches in our evidence-based modules to deliver effective care. We use the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) framework that includes consultation with a psychiatric prescriber in a team-based approach. Our proprietary platform provides electronic health record (EHR) integration, scheduling, telehealth, care coordination, clinical registries, data analytics, automated billing and more. We deliver our turnkey solutions to Primary Care Practices at no charge because we generate revenue through reimbursement of CoCM codes covered by Medicare and most Medicaid and Commercial health insurance plans.
