argyle (partnering with Clinic Chat)
Argyle is a consent-based verification (CBV) platform that helps agencies verify income, employment and assets more accurately, efficiently, and at scale. With an applicant’s permission, Argyle securely pulls verified income data directly from payroll providers and financial institutions using direct-source connections. When connections aren’t available, Argyle supports document uploads, processing submitted payroll documents with IDP to accurately classify income and create a standardized verification report delivered securely to the agency. By modernizing verification workflows, Argyle helps states reduce improper payments and error rates, streamline renewals and redeterminations, and lower verification costs by up to 90%. Argyle can be deployed as a standalone solution within state eligibility and renewal workflows or accessed through a secure verification link. The platform also powers additional consent-based verification tools, including DiCIT, SteadyIQ, DPW, and CMS' EMMY. Argyle supports government benefits programs and has the largest gig economy coverage.
Clinic Chat is a digital health company providing AI-driven, HIPAA-compliant chatbot solutions designed to expand patient access, relieve overburdened clinical staff, and proven to improve illness self-management. Unlike generative AI that risks hallucinating medical advice, Clinic Chat utilizes "deterministic" AI: large language models interpret user questions, but all responses are drawn from a carefully curated, human-written library validated by medical professionals.
We offer multiple products: A Digital Safety Net Agent, helping Medicaid beneficiaries document eligibility and monthly work requirements; the Clinical Decision Support Tool (CDST) Agent, automating patient assessments like the PHQ-9 and PRAPARE; and Patient Self-Management Agents, linking to remote monitoring devices and delivering tailored, SMS-based educational campaigns encouraging effective chronic illness management.
With systems designed to integrate or operate independently of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) based on partner preference, we can help healthcare and public health organizations reduce administrative costs, minimize staff burnout, and improve patient outcomes.

CleanCut Health
CleanCut Health provides the infrastructure Medicaid plans, RAES, and safety net providers need to engage members at the zip code level, through trusted community organizations and compensate those organizations for driving verified actions.
Medicaid members often rely on affordable housing communities, food pantries, faith institutions, schools, and other local organizations for help navigating health and social needs. These organizations have the trust and access to reach members, but typically lack the infrastructure, funding, and contracts to drive health engagement at scale. For
HR1 CleanCut turns these organizations into trained Coverage Champions. Through our platform, they educate members, screen for potential exemptions, help members document qualifying activities, connect them to approved volunteer and job training opportunities, and verify participation at the point of service.
In 2025, CleanCut onboarded more than 200 community partners, supported more than 2,000 verified health actions, and completed paid deployments with national healthcare and life sciences organizations.
Golden is a mobile-first, closed-loop, offline-capable, user-centered, AI-ready volunteer management software ecosystem founded in 2015 and deployed across 50,000+ organizations, including AARP, United Way, and the International Rescue Committee. The platform provides end-to-end volunteer lifecycle management — recruitment, credentialing, scheduling, real-time hour verification, and compliance reporting — replacing informal, self-reported documentation with timestamped, organization-verified records. Golden maintains SOC 2 Type II certification, HIPAA-aligned security safeguards, and adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA standards. Technology partnerships with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Blackbaud, and AWS enable interoperability with systems counties and state agencies already operate. Golden currently operates a statewide volunteer-verification deployment for the State of Utah and the State of California, and is the top-rated volunteering application on both iOS and Android.
Volunteer-based Community Engagement hours represent one of the most operationally difficult verification categories under H.R. 1, and Golden already executes that verification workflow at production scale.

Grapefruit Health
Grapefruit Health exists to bridge healthcare care gaps by mobilizing the clinicians of tomorrow. By integrating trained clinical students—"Patient Champions"—into client workflows, we close gaps swiftly and efficiently so no patient is left behind, including preventing inappropriate Medicaid coverage loss caused by administrative barriers rather than actual ineligibility. Combining human-driven outreach with a proprietary tech platform, Patient Champions provide telephonic support for Community Engagement reporting, appointment scheduling, medication adherence, and documentation, reaching members by phone, in their language, without requiring any app or client-side technology.
WeaveIn, built by Trust, is the operating service system for social care. We connect health plans, community-based organizations, counties, and regional coordinating entities so that community work — outreach, enrollment, referrals, service delivery — is captured once at the point of service, verified, and paid for. The platform reaches 2 million community members through 2,600+ outreach programs run by trusted local organizations — food banks, faith communities, job programs — communicating in 81+ languages, primarily by simple text message. Our core capability is exactly what community engagement verification requires: a local organization confirms a member's participation where it happens, the platform time-stamps and verifies it, and the record flows automatically to everyone who needs it, with the organization compensated for that work. Members never need an app, a password, or to re-enter their information. WeaveIn is revenue-generating and HIPAA-compliant, with verification-and-reimbursement workflows live under Medicaid programs today.
