2026 Prime Health Innovation Challenge Semifinalists Announced!
15 entrepreneurs advance to the semifinal round of the annual event to award the most innovative solutions with a safety net healthcare organization to pilot solutions that improve the health of Colorado’s communities.
Denver, CO – June 18, 2026 – Prime Health is proud to introduce the semifinalists in the 2026 Colorado Prime Health Innovation Challenge. Semifinalists are the top 15 digital health innovators, having advanced to the Semifinal round from a pool of 42 leading health innovators. Companies will now participate in another application round, then finalists will be chosen in September.

The Innovation Challenge has attracted national attention for its efficacy in engaging stakeholders in a collaborative, community, and consensus-building process across silos and industries. The one-of-a-kind program identifies solutions with strong potential for sustainable and scalable success in local markets, strengthening and supporting startups and founders, implementing more than 49 digital health pilots in safety net healthcare environments, and awarding more than $1.9 million in funding.
This program advances healthcare through technological innovation, aiming to improve health equity, access, quality, and cost for underserved communities in Colorado. Top leaders and experts in health and innovation vet and validate companies, identify and elevate impactful solutions for health care, and drive innovation forward by fostering pilots with leading provider and community organizations developed and funded as part of the Challenge. Industry experts provide feedback and mentorship to digital health companies seeking to pilot their products with healthcare institutions.
